How much were you drinking and what problems was it causing?
I was drinking on average 1 to 1&half bottles of wine per night. I was constantly tired, forgetful, not present for my children, grumpy and sharp with them and my husband. I would structure my day around my evening drinking and when I knew that everything had been done that I needed to do then I would pour a glass of wine.
What was the key reason you wanted to change- what motivated you?
I knew that continuing to drink this way would have an effect on my health and relationships. I want more from my life and for it to filled with happy memories…not blacked out fuzzy ones that I barely remember.
How did you discover me?
Were you sceptical this method would work?
I was but knew that I had to try something as I didn’t have the support myself. After speaking with Sandra I was excited that in a few short months my life and relationship with alcohol could be transformed
Did you try before to cut down or have a break from alcohol?
Yes with no success. Always putting it off or justifying reason to drink
What amazing results did you get?
Clarity, less, tired, less bloating, more energy, better sleeps, improved relationships with my family
