How much were you drinking and what problems was it causing?
A bottle of wine every night. Caused: rubbish sleep, hangovers, weight gain, debt, forgetting to take my statins at night and forgetting to clean my teeth.
What was the key reason you wanted to change- what motivated you?
My eldest children spent lock down with me and told me they were worried about my drinking.
How did you discover me?
Were you sceptical this method would work?
Did you try before to cut down or have a break from alcohol?
Yes, never worked beyond a few weeks and that was by using sheer will power and gritted teeth.
What amazing results did you get? – has it allowed you to enjoy being a mum more? What about the impact on your career?
My self confidence has massively improved. I sleep better, I feel better and I have lost weight. I feel differently about alcohol. I have “me” time. I can say ” no” at work.
What would you say to someone thinking of signing up to work with me?
Just do it. Best thing I have done in years.
What are you most excited about now that you are alcohol free?
Living life to the full. Making my kids proud of me and realising I am enough.

I have a massive alcohol free bar, so I can have a grown up drink but without the alcohol.
